Trendfunded Pro sells digital products, including a video course, a proprietary MT4/MT5 trading indicator, PDF resources, and access to a private Telegram community. Because these are digital goods that are delivered and accessible immediately upon purchase, special conditions apply to refunds as outlined below.
We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase, subject to the conditions listed in Section 3. Requests made after 7 days of purchase will not be eligible for a refund.
To be considered for a refund, you must submit your request within 7 days by emailing support@trendfundedpro.com with your purchase details.

To request a refund, follow these steps:
Send your request to support@trendfundedpro.com within 7 days of purchase.
Provide the name and email address used at checkout, and your reason for requesting the refund.
We will review your request within 3 business days and respond with a decision via email.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through our support email. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your permanent removal from the community and all associated access.
If a chargeback is filed fraudulently after content has been consumed, we reserve the right to provide evidence to the payment provider to dispute the claim.
If you are experiencing technical difficulties accessing the course or installing the indicator, please contact us before requesting a refund. We are happy to assist with setup and technical support, and most issues can be resolved within 24 hours.
